Personal Information Collection and Usage Agreement
1. Items to be Collected
Korea Welfare Society (KWS) collects the following minimum mandatory personal information as set below when he or she donates fund to KWS through this website such as: Name (in English), Address, E-mail, Purpose of Funding, and Amount of Funding and etc.
2. Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information
KWS uses collected personal information for donation management such as donation, publishing receipt and identification of donor.
3. Period of Personal Information Retention
Required information as above will be retained and used from the day consented to collection and use until 5 years after the end of his/her withdrawal.
Please note that if you choose to disagree with the personal information collection and usage agreement,
there may be limitations to contributor services provided by Korea Welfare Society, Inc.
