Book Support Program for Children at Community Child Care Centers

“Nurturing Dreams Through Books, Building a Future Together”

For children who have had limited access to books at home,

books serve as valuable teachers that foster literacy, critical thinking, and creativity, as well as close friends that provide emotional stability.

Through the Children’s Book Support Program for Community Child Care Centers,

the Korean Association of Social Welfare delivered thoughtfully curated books filled with warmth to children attending these centers.

Through this initiative, children were able to engage with high-quality books across various fields—including general knowledge, history, and science—

and develop natural reading habits.

The Korean Association of Social Welfare plans to continue supporting youth and children in need so that they can

grow up in a healthier and safer environment, regardless of their circumstances.
