Ms. Seong-ae Choi, the director of HD Happiness Institute, delivered a lecture on “Building Empathy and Trust through Effective Parenting.” She is an author of emotional coaching books and a well-known speaker featured on television shows and lectures. The participants listened to the lecture on effective parenting, focusing on building empathy and trust with children. They also had the opportunity to ask questions and receive one-on-one solutions. The satisfaction was high. It was a heartwarming experience as everyone empathized with each other's worries and found comfort in the shared experience.

The BAT Rothmans has been practicing social contribution with Korean Welfare Services since 2016 and their cumulative donations reached 570 million won.
